St Michael’s Church, Luxembourg

The Chorale Saint-Michel, in collaboration with the Orchestre de Chambre du Luxembourg, welcomes you to its twenty-sixth Allerséileconcert. This year, the concert is dedicated to two major composers: Joseph Haydn (1732-1809), whose Missa in Angustiis (Nelson Mass) was composed in 1798 during the Wars of Coalition, and Henry Purcell (1659-1695), whose Funeral Music of Queen Mary was played for the first time in 1694 at the burial of Queen Mary II of England.
